Limitations of Service

IMPORTANT NOTE ON LIMITATIONS

Please note.

All customers are advised that while Caravan & Trailer Services endeavours to do as much as possible for its customers and are able to do almost all types of repairs on site, there are inevitably going to be certain limitations to the amount and size of work that can be carried out at one visit. 

Although our service vehicle is fully equiped and well stocked there will at times be a limit in the type of stock that can be carried on board the service vehicle at any given time. Caravan & Trailer Services will endeavour to obtain any parts required that are not in stock as quickly as possible (usualy within 3 - 4 days) and arrange with the customer a suitable time to fit said parts. Please note that some items may take longer and is subject to supplier reasons beyond our control.

Caravan & Trailer Services would also like to ask its customers to ensure that the vehicle / unit being serviced / repaired is parked in a safe manner and that the engineer can easily get to all sides for the servicing / repair purpose.

We are not allowed to do work on the side of a public highway.

The engineer doing the service / repair is required by law to do a Health and Safety evaluation before carrying out any work and may charge for re- positioning the vehicle before commencing work

GUARANTEE

Caravan & Trailer Services Guarantees’ its work for 6months from date of work undertaken.

Manufactures’ warranty will be honoured on parts fitted by Caravan & Trailer Services but items fitted by a 3rd party will be at the discretion of the attending engineer after contacting the relevant Manufacturer concerned.
